You already know what a great WSDC weekend feels like. From March 31st to April 5th, Arctic Westie Fest gives you that — excellent workshops, strong competitions, and losing yourself in dance until the early hours — and sets it above the Arctic Circle under the Northern Lights, in Tromsø, the gateway to the Arctic Ocean.
Whether you're a seasoned dancer looking for a special experience or just starting out, Arctic Westie Fest offers something for everyone. Participants will have the opportunity to learn from renowned instructors, join WSDC competitions, and enjoy social dancing with fellow Westies! Outside of that, join our Northern Lights trips and sauna/cold plunge in the city harbour. This is the trip you take when you want the dancing and the place to both be unforgettable.
Early April is the Arctic spring. The light comes back generously, the fjords are still rimmed with snow, and the mountains hold their white well into May. From the Panorama Ballroom you'll be dancing on the waterfront, overlooking the city, with the sea and the peaks framed in the windows. And on clear nights, when the sky cooperates, the aurora is still out there.
